All My Mirror sessions are held from within your My Mirror account. No need to download any additional software. Simply login to your My Mirror dashboard at least 5-10 minutes before the start of your session.

In your dashboard, you'll see the details of your upcoming session, and 5 minutes before the start of the session a green 'enter session' button will appear. Click on 'enter session' and you will then be prompted to allow access to your device’s camera and microphone.

Once you have allowed access and your psychologist has joined, you will be able to start speaking to your psychologist. 

Note: refresh your page if the 'enter session' button does not appear within 5 minutes of the start of your session. We also recommend that you perform a device test prior to your first session and do let us know if you encounter any errors.
