Whether you’re making a claim from your Medicare online account, or through your Express Plus Medicare mobile app, the process is simple: 

1. Sign into your MyGov online account or open the Express Plus Medicare app.
2. Select ‘Make a claim’ and complete the form as prompted.
3. Enter your session details including your psychologist's provider number and Medicare item number. You can view all the session information you need on your paid invoice, which My Mirror sends as an email after your session.
4. Upload your My Mirror receipt which is emailed to you once your payment has been successfully processed.
5. Review your details are correct and submit the claim.
