Your session notes and privacy
Your session notes are only accessible by you and your treating psychologist, unless you have given consent for them to be shared with other health professionals. No medical or private data is transmitted outside of the My Mirror platform, and emails and SMS messages will never contain private or medical information.
Data storage
All data on the My Mirror platform is stored in Australian-owned and Australian-located data centres. These facilities are IRAP (Security) assessed and Secret-accredited, approved for OFFICIAL: Sensitive and PROTECTED-level data. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
Ongoing security monitoring
My Mirror is continuously monitored through vulnerability assessments, advanced threat protection and access monitoring.
