When you create your My Mirror account or book your first session you will be asked to enter in your payment details. This will be stored securely against your account and payment will be debited directly once your session has been completed.
If at any point you would like to update your payment details, you can do so directly via your my Mirror account. Please see our article here on How do I update my bank card for session payments? for more information on how to do so.
You will only be charged when your session is complete or in the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance. This means you can secure your session reservations in advance without multiple holds or payments. See our cancellation policy in our Terms of Service.
You will be charged the full private rate for your session and, when you have uploaded your GP referral letter, a Mental Health Plan and a Medicare card, a portion of the online psychology service fees can be reimbursed through Medicare rebates. See our webpage on how to claim my sessions, for more information.
With Medicare, clients can receive up to 10 reduced-cost therapy sessions per calendar year, meaning you will only be out-of-pocket the gap fee. You can find a breakdown of our pricing here.
If you wish to claim through your private health insurance, you may do so. See our article on Private Health Insurance for more information.
