My Mirror can provide Telehealth psychology services to children over the age of 12.

If your child is between 12-15 years of age, completing and submitting a minor consent form to customer service is essential prior to their session, please reach out to our team at [email protected] or 02 9090 4730. A parent or guardian must also be present for the initial session.

To get started, create a new account using your child’s name and Medicare details, along with your contact information. Please note that the same mobile number cannot be registered for multiple accounts. If you have already registered your own account, you may need to use a different mobile number for your child. This number will be used for session reminders and account verification. Ensure you enter your details as the Parent/Guardian on your child’s account.

We have a limited number of psychologists who specialize in working with children and teens. To help us provide the best recommendations, please share any specific concerns or topics you’d like addressed. Once we receive the consent form, we will send you the profiles of psychologists suitable for your child, or you can filter by the 12-17 age range to find an appropriate match.
