How Do I Enter My Session? Joining via Desktop and Mobile Device

Desktop

A step-by-step guide on how to access your My Mirror session via desktop view

  1. Log In: Head to www.mymirror.com.au and navigate to the Login button in the top right hand corner.

  2. Complete DASS21 Score: Before your session begins, please complete your DASS21 score using the link provided in the email. Please see What is the DASS21? for more information.

  3. Start the Session: When the session is about to start, click "Start Session" under Upcoming Bookings or via the Start Session button in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Allow Access: You’ll be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone. Click "Allow" to enable both.

  5. Virtual Waiting Room: If your psychologist hasn’t arrived yet, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room until they join.

Note: Before your session starts, you will receive an email notifying you that your session is about to begin. The email will include a link to join the session.

Mobile Device
