If you're having trouble with your audio during a session, work through the steps below for your device type.

For Mobile Users

  1. Close other apps. Make sure all other apps are closed, especially those using your microphone such as music or video call apps.

  2. Allow microphone access. Go to your device settings and confirm your browser or app has permission to access your microphone.

  3. Check your microphone status. If the microphone icon has a line through it, your microphone is muted. Tap the icon to unmute.

  4. Test your microphone. Speak into your microphone. If it's working, you'll see the volume bars flickering under the microphone icon.

  5. Check your speaker. Tap Test under the speaker settings. If you hear the test tone, your sound is working.
