Our two-factor authentication process ensures that your personal information is kept safe and secure. There is no option to remove the authentication process, however, you can nominate to have the authentication code sent to either your mobile number or email address associated with your “My Mirror” account.
The default for this is set to your mobile number. If you would like to have this changed to your email address, please contact our Customer Success Team via phone on 02 9090 4730, via email at hello@mymirror.com.au, or you can submit a form via our website, or chat bot.
