I haven't received a text message with a verification code

Find out what to do if you haven't received your My Mirror verification code by text, including how to check for blocked numbers on Samsung, iPhone and Android.

If your verification code hasn't arrived, work through the steps below.

Check your mobile number is correct

Make sure your current mobile number is registered to your My Mirror account. If you need to update it, contact our Customer Support team:

  • Phone: 02 9090 4730

  • Online: submit a form via our website or through the chat bot

Check your blocked or spam list

Your phone provider may have blocked the message. Check whether My Mirror's number has been blocked on your device and follow the steps below to unblock it.

Samsung

  1. Open the Phone app on your Samsung device.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner to access settings.

  3. Select Block numbers or Spam and blocked, depending on your device.

  4. Locate My Mirror in the list of blocked contacts.

  5. Tap the contact and select Unblock.

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Navigate to Messages.

  3. Select Blocked contacts.

  4. Locate My Mirror in the list.

  5. Swipe left on the contact and tap Unblock.

Android and Google Messages

  1. Open Google Messages.

  2. Tap your profile picture or the More options icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Spam and blocked.

  4. Locate My Mirror in the list of blocked contacts.

  5. Tap the contact and select Unblock
