I Haven’t Received A Text Message with a Verification Code

Please ensure we have your current mobile phone number registered to your My Mirror account. If you need to update your phone number, please reach out to our Customer Success team. You can reach our team via phone on 02 9090 4730, via email at [email protected], or you can submit a form via our website or chat bot.

Please check your blocked/spam list on your phone in case your provider has blocked the messages.

Here are instructions for unblocking numbers on Samsung, iPhone and Google Messages/Android devices:

Samsung:

  • Open the Phone app on your Samsung device

  • Tap the three dots in the top right corner to access settings

  • Select "Block numbers" or "Spam and blocked" depending on your phone's interface

  • Locate the contact listed as My Mirror from the list of blocked contacts

  • Tap on the contact and select the option to "Unblock"

iPhone:

  • Go to your phone settings

  • Navigate to "Messages"

  • Select "Blocked Contacts"

  • Locate the contact My Mirror

  • Swipe left to unblock and tap "Unblock"

Android/Google Messages:

  • Open Google Messages

  • Tap your profile picture or the "More options" icon (usually three dots or three lines) in the upper right hand corner

  • Select "Spam & Blocked"

  • Locate the contact "My Mirror" from the list of blocked contacts

  • Tap on the contact and click Unblock

If the number is correct, and not blocked or in spam folder and you still haven’t received a text message with your verification code, please contact our Customer Success Team and we will have our tech team investigate your account.
