I've requested a password reset but haven't received it

Find out what to do if you haven't received your My Mirror password reset link, including troubleshooting steps to get back into your account.

Password reset links are sent to your registered mobile number, not your email address. Check that your phone has signal and that messages are coming through.

How to reset your password

  1. Select Forgot my password on the sign-in page.

  2. Check your messages for a password reset link and tap it.

  3. Follow the prompts to set a new password.

  4. Return to the sign-in page and log in using your mobile number (04XXXXXXXX) and your new password.

Still haven't received the link?

Try turning your phone off and on again, confirm you have mobile reception, and request the reset link again.
