If you've joined your session but cannot see your psychologist, try these quick fixes first:
Refresh your browser. Click the refresh button in the top left corner of your browser. Do not click End session, as you will not be able to re-enter once it has been ended.
Check your camera permissions. Make sure your browser has permission to access your camera. Look for a camera icon in your browser's address bar and confirm access is set to Allow.
Close other applications. Make sure no other apps such as Skype or Teams are using your camera in the background.
Try a different browser. Close your current browser without ending the session and log in again using a different browser.
