How do I report a technical issue?

Find out how to report a technical issue with your My Mirror session, including how to run a device test, take a screenshot and contact our support team.

If you're experiencing a technical issue during your session, follow these steps to help our team resolve it as quickly as possible.

Run a device test

Test your camera and audio using our device test. If you receive an error message, run the test again using a different browser.

Take a screenshot

A screenshot of the issue helps our team identify and resolve the problem quickly. If you're unsure how to take a screenshot on your device, search "how do I take a screenshot on [your device]" - for example, iPhone, Android, Windows PC or Mac -and follow the steps for your device.
