My Mirror sessions are all held directly via our platform, and is accessed simply and easily by logging in to your My Mirror account.

The My Mirror online platform requires a minimum level of computer hardware and software infrastructure to satisfactorily perform the online telehealth consultations. You must have either a computer, phone or tablet with a microphone and camera. Your camera must be at least 720p resolution (1280x720 pixels).

Remember to have your device fully charged before the start of your session.
