Rescheduling your online psychology session is straightforward and can be done directly from your My Mirror account. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment without any penalties.
How to reschedule your session
Log in to your account and locate the session you'd like to reschedule.
Click the Edit session button next to that session.
Select Reschedule session.
Choose your new preferred date and time, then click Confirm.
Click Yes to proceed.
Once confirmed, you'll receive an automated booking email with your new session details.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only reschedule an appointment 48hrs prior to the appointment time. If this is not within the 48hr period, you will be prompted to cancel and then book another session. As per our cancellation policy, cancellations within the 24-48hr window result in a charge of 50% of the total fee and those within a 24hr window result in a charge of 75% of the total fee.
