If you need to cancel a psychology appointment, you can do so through your My Mirror account.
How do I cancel my session?
Log in to your My Mirror account.
Navigate to your dashboard and locate the appointment you would like to cancel.
Select Edit Session.
Choose Cancel Session.
Enter a reason for the cancellation and, if applicable, a message for your psychologist.
Submit your cancellation request.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much notice is provided before your appointment.
Under My Mirror's cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to 75% of the session cost.

Need to reschedule instead?
If you would prefer to change your appointment time, you may be able to reschedule your session through your My Mirror account.
