When your session is about to begin, click Start session under Upcoming bookings, or use the Start session button in the top right-hand corner.

You'll be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone. Click Allow to enable both - this is required to connect to your session.

If your psychologist hasn't arrived yet, you'll be placed in a virtual waiting room until they join.
