Can I cancel two-factor authentication?

Find out how two-factor authentication works on your My Mirror account and how to change where your authentication code is sent.

Two-factor authentication is in place on all My Mirror accounts to help keep your personal information safe and secure. This cannot be turned off.

However, you can choose whether your authentication code is sent to your mobile number or your email address. The default is set to your mobile number. If you'd like to switch to your email address instead, please get in touch with our Customer Support team:
