Your sessions may have been cancelled for one the following reasons;
Your psychologist may have needed to cancel your session. You will receive an email notification with a message from your psychologist if this is the case.
Your last session payment may have failed. You will receive an email notification if this has occurred with steps on how to process your payment.
You may have an outstanding invoice to pay. This could be regarding a late cancellation, non-attendance, unpaid session or documentation request. See our article on Why was my account blocked for more information.
