If you are having trouble loading the session, you can try refreshing your browser by clicking on the refresh button on the top left-hand corner of your browser search bar. Please do not click end session as you will not be able to re-enter.
If you are still having issues after refreshing, please close the browser without ending the session, and open an alternative browser. Log in to your My Mirror account on the new browser and follow the steps to enter your session.
If you still cannot see your psychologist, you can use the chat functionality to request with the Psychologist that the session be conducted by phone so you do not lose session time troubleshooting.
