When experiencing any technical issues on our platform, it is helpful to our team for you to provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing. This will help us to identify the issue quickly and assist you in resolving the issue.
As each device can be different, you can Google search “How do I take a screenshot on (your device e.g. iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows PC, AppleMac etc.)” and follow the prompts.
