Your sessions may have been cancelled for one the following reasons;
- Your psychologist may have needed to cancel your session. You will receive an email notification with a message from your psychologist if this is the case.
- Your last session payment may have failed. You will receive an email notification if this has occurred with steps on how to process your payment.
- You may have an outstanding invoice to pay. This could be regarding a late cancellation, non-attendance, unpaid session or documentation request. See our article on Why was my account blocked for more information.
