To upload your mental health plan and GP referral letter, log in to your My Mirror account. Select the “Medicare” tab on the left-hand side of the screen or from the drop down if you’re on a mobile device.

Add you Medicare card information and add a new GP referral. You will be prompted to complete your GPs details and to upload your referral document. Once you have completed the above, upload your Mental Health Plan and select to save.

A confirmation message will appear and provide you with information on claiming your session/s with Medicare.

It is important that you stay on top of your Mental health Plan alongside your Psychologist to ensure it is still valid.
