How do I upload my referral and Mental Health Plan (MHCP/MHP)?

If you are accessing Medicare rebates for psychology sessions, you can upload your GP referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP/MHCP) through your My Mirror account.

How do I upload my Mental Health Treatment Plan?

  1. Log in to your My Mirror account

  2. Select the Medicare tab from the left-hand menu, or from the dropdown menu on mobile devices

  3. Add your Medicare card details

  4. Search your GP or select Add new GP referral

  5. Enter your GP details and upload your referral letter

  6. Upload your Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP/MHCP)

  7. Select Save to confirm

Once uploaded successfully, you will receive a confirmation message with information about claiming Medicare rebates for eligible psychology sessions.
