After your session with your psychologist, you will be able to view a summary of the session and any recommendations or next steps discussed with your psychologist.

These can be accessed in your My Mirror account under the 'Past Sessions' tab.

If your psychologist has provided you with an attachment to complete you can simply upload it directly to back to your session summary section and this will be available for your Psychologist for your next session.
