In your session your psychologist may discuss documents they would like you to complete after your session this could include a questionnaire, assessment etc. To complete these documents, you can download the documentation directly from your session notes, under the past sessions tab. 

Once you have completed these documents, please find 'Add attachment' under your sessions notes, to upload these documents for your psychologist to review. 

If your psychologist has not provided session notes, but you have documentation you would like to be shared with them, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@mymirror.com.au or 02 9090 4730 and they will assist you with providing these documents to your psychologist, with security and confidentiality.
