Can NDIS participants access psychology sessions through My Mirror?

Learn how Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants can access online psychology sessions with AHPRA-registered psychologists through My Mirror.

My Mirror provides online psychology services for eligible NDIS participants across Australia, including both Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants.

Our platform connects NDIS participants with AHPRA-registered psychologists through secure online appointments, making it easier to access mental health support from home.

I am Self-Managed. How do I get started?

If you are a Self-Managed NDIS participant, you can browse psychologist profiles and use our Get Matched tool to find a psychologist that suits your needs, preferences, and availability.

You can then book appointments directly through the My Mirror platform.

I am Plan-Managed. How do I get started?

If you are Plan-Managed, your Plan Manager can submit a Plan Manager Enquiry Form on your behalf to help connect you with a suitable My Mirror psychologist.

What information is needed for the Plan Manager Enquiry Form?

To complete the enquiry form, your Plan Manager will need:

  • Participant's full name

  • Participant's phone number and email address

  • Participant's NDIS number

  • Plan Manager's company name

  • Plan Manager's contact number and email address

  • Plan Manager's contact name (optional)
