How do I access bulk-billed psychology sessions?

My Mirror offers bulk-billed psychology sessions for eligible Australians to help improve access to mental health support.

If you have a valid Medicare card and meet our eligibility criteria, you may be able to access appointments with AHPRA-registered psychologists at no out-of-pocket cost.

Am I eligible for bulk-billed psychology?

Eligibility for bulk-billed psychology sessions is assessed on an individual basis and is subject to availability and funding criteria.

To be considered, you will generally need:

  • A valid Medicare card

  • To be living in Australia

  • A current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP/MHCP) and referral from a GP

  • To meet My Mirror's bulk-billing eligibility criteria

If you do not already have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be able to obtain one through your GP or you can obtain an MHCP online.

How do I apply for bulk billing?

You can check your eligibility and submit a bulk-billing application through the My Mirror website.
