Creating a My Mirror account is simple and can be completed during the online booking process.
To get started, choose an AHPRA-registered psychologist and select your preferred appointment date and time. You will then be prompted to create your My Mirror account to confirm your booking.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you can log in to your My Mirror dashboard to:
View upcoming psychology appointments
Manage your booking details
Access your online sessions
Upload referral documents and Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP/MHCP)
Can I upload my Mental Health Treatment Plan?
Yes. If you are accessing Medicare rebates for psychology sessions, you will be prompted to upload your referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan during or after the booking process.
