Please ensure we have your current mobile phone number registered to your My Mirror account. If you need to update your phone number, please reach out to our Customer Success team. You can reach our team via phone on 02 9090 4730, via email at [email protected], or you can submit a form via our website or chat bot.

If the number is correct and you still haven’t received a text message with your verification code, please contact our Customer Success Team to have your verification code switched to your registered email address.
