I’ve Requested A Password Reset, But I Haven’t Received An Email Yet

If you have forgotten your password and selected the 'Forgot my password' option at the login page, you will receive a password reset link to your mobile number.

Click on this link and follow the prompts to nominate your new password. Return to the login page and login using your mobile number (04XXXXXXXX) and your new password.

If you're still experiencing troubles, try turning your phone on and off, ensure that you are within reception and try again.
