If you have been referred to My Mirror through Sonder's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), My Mirror will receive your referral directly from Sonder and help you get started with online psychology support.
To make the onboarding process easier, My Mirror will create a partial account for you. You will then receive an SMS with a secure link to complete your account setup and book your first appointment.
How many sessions are included?
Eligible Sonder clients can access up to six fully funded psychology sessions with AHPRA-registered psychologists through My Mirror.
There is no out-of-pocket cost for approved Sonder EAP sessions, and your booking total will display as $0 at checkout.
Important booking information:
1. Log in before booking
Before booking an appointment, ensure you have logged in to your My Mirror account using the link provided via SMS.
Logging in allows you to:
Access Sonder-approved psychologists
View available EAP appointments
Ensure your Sonder referral is correctly linked to your account
2. Avoid unexpected charges
If you book without logging in to your Sonder-linked account, your EAP funding may not be applied and standard appointment fees may appear during the booking process.
