How do I access Workers Compensation psychology services?

Before starting psychology treatment through Workers Compensation, approval must be obtained from your insurer or claims manager.

You may be referred by:

  • Your nominated treating doctor

  • A rehabilitation provider

  • Your insurer

  • Your employer

Once approval has been granted, you can submit your referral to My Mirror through our enquiry form and our team will assist with the next steps.

What happens after my referral is submitted?

Once we receive your referral and insurer approval, we will liaise with the relevant parties to obtain any required authorisation and arrange an initial appointment with an eligible AHPRA-registered psychologist.
